This interesting orchid hybrid bear flowers with a wide array of colours, ranging from purplish-pink to yellow, and with floral lips bearing shades of purple, reddish-brown and coral pink. The hybrid flower measures 6.5 cm across x 5 cm tall. The straight and upright inflorescence measures 32-40 cm long with more than 20 blooms at the second flowering.
This orchid was named after Sotus International, an associate of Pacific Agriscience and a major Thai marketer and distributor of agricultural chemicals, on the occasion of the 15th anniversary celebrations of Sotus International on February 27, 2011 |
